Purpose of the competition:
• To identify talented, innovative, and research-oriented teachers who have mastered innovative information and communication technologies and possess well-developed scientific-methodological and creative competencies.
• To enhance the status of general education subject teachers.
• To promote and disseminate the best practices of general education teachers.
• To encourage the use of new innovative technologies and to shape a positive pedagogical image.
During the competition, the best general education teacher among the college staff—distinguished by high professional qualification and creativity—was selected. The participants were evaluated based on their lesson planning, creative abilities, research activity, use of new technologies, originality of pedagogical thinking, organizational and professional skills, quality of teaching, subject mastery, compliance with modern requirements, professional level, and effective use of ICT.
A distinctive feature of this year’s “General Education Teacher – 2025” competition was that participants first wrote essays on given topics. In addition, they completed several stages such as “Pedagogical Concept,” “Kaleidoscope of Ideas,” and “Best Pedagogical Practice.”
The jury of the intracoIlege professional skills competition included the winner of the national “Best Teacher – 2025” competition, Gulnur Aidarovna Zhusupova, the winner of the regional “Best Teacher – 2025” competition, Lyazzat Omarovna Kuzbaeva, and the deputy director for academic and methodological affairs, Ainur Bakytbekovna Rakhymzhan.
According to the results of the competition:
1st place — Physical Education teacher Dulat Bolatbekuly Nagashybaev;
2nd place — Kazakh Language and Literature teacher Zhanar Usenbekovna Tyutebayeva;
3rd place — English teacher Bauyrzhan Kadyrbayuly Abil.
